"I loved Jen. I just didn't like how she reported to the DMV that I had no insurance. I had a little talk with the people at the DMV and they said she didn't have to report it. It's like nowadays companies don't understand that times get hard and they are making it harder with making us have to pay to get a license back and making the insurance even higher."

"They offered lower insurance rate to get started, minor car accident (car hit the broken tire on the freeway and had bumper and radiator damage, old toyota car, so won't be more than few thousand dollar total cost) changed my rate from $330 / Month (for 3 cars) to $554 / month (for 3 cars). Service was great though there is no justification for such a hike. Be careful before you pick them."
