"State Farm is a joke. They took our money last week then called 4 days later to tell us they're dropping us as customers! For 3 windshield claims and an accident.... Most of the windshield claims are from over 1-2 years ago! Wow! How sad they treat people this way!! I will gladly find another agency to work with."

"We only ever had one claim and it was denied. Calling Jen got us no where. Our rates continue to rise despite never using our home/car insurance and having no accidents/tickets. We called about the increased cost and were met with “there is nothing we can do”. I often shop around for other options and plan to switch soon."

Give us a call and we can take a look at your current plan to see what adjustments can be made. If you are already at minimum limits required in SC, we won’t be able to adjust :(.
